Tameside HBOT Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Centre Limited has had the Decompression Chamber on site since the early 1980s. It was then predominately used by clients with Multiple Sclerosis. In recent years, the chamber has been used for Cancer Patients, C.O.P.D., Sports Injuries, Fibromyalgia pain, Motor Neuron Disease, to aid in the healing of Diabetic Ulcers, to aid in tissue repair after Cancer treatments and body tissues after surgeries.

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) is a therapy that enhances the body’s natural healing process by inhalation of 100% oxygen in a decompression chamber, where atmospheric pressure will be increased and controlled. It is not an unpleasant experience, you simply sit on a very comfortable armchair in a very clean, dry room and breathe through a mask for 90 minutes. We only charge £50 per session.
